Refund Policy

Exchanges / Returns - WITHIN CANADA AND THE 48 CONTIGOUS US STATES

  1. ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED WITHIN 30 days from the date of your order. 
  2. ITEMS WISHED TO BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED after 30 days qualify for a store credit only
  3. FINAL SALE items cannot be refunded or exchanged and are only redeemable for store credit.

RETURNED OR EXCHANGED items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received them.  Items must be in the original packaging with tags.

Items with obvious signs of use and not in its original condition, is damaged, not due to our error and/or any item that is returned without authorization after 30 days after original order date will be deemed as non-returnable items.

Please do not mail your returns without contacting us first!

All returns and exchanges must have an authorization number.

Contact us a hello@mykasoula.com with RETURN/EXCHANGE AUTHORIZATION REQUEST in the subject line.  Make certain to indicate your reasons clearly in the email with your details.

We will email you with RETURN AUTHORIZATION number, instructions and a pre-paid return label with a request that items be post marked within 5 business days.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Approved items (items with no obvious signs of use) will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, or a store credit will be provided (depending on the circumstance as outlined in our policy).

Please note that reflection of your refund may take between 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution.    

 

Back Orders and/or pre-orders

Myka Soula is a sustainable brand that cuts ETHICAL and LOW BATCH production. Items on back order or pre-order are shipped as early as 2 weeks and up to 6 weeks after purchase. Details are outlined in the product description so that clients are always aware of the availability and delivery range of their product.

Shipping

Our items are all made-to-order to minimizes waste by producing your items upon your order request. Products are produced and shipped directly from our in-house studio,to you, with a 2-week production timeline plus 2-5 business days average shipping time. During peak seasons (holidays) expect that shipping may take longer, which is not within our control. You will be advised once your items are shipped!

Easy Returns

For returns on items purchased online, including those that meet the criteria of being unworn, unwashed, undamaged, wrongly delivered, or defective, within 30 days of delivery, kindly initiate the return process by contacting us at hello@mykasoula.com. You will receive return instructions and a complimentary return label. Please ensure the items are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
