Back Orders and/or pre-orders

Myka Soula is a sustainable brand that cuts ETHICAL and LOW BATCH production. Items are all on a pre-order basis and are shipped as early as 2 weeks after purchase with an average of a 1 week given shipping time. Details are outlined in the product description so that clients are always aware of the availability and delivery range of their product.

Shipping Policy 

    All orders within Canada - SHIP FREE

    USA (48 contiguous states)  - Flat rate of $35.00

    International orders:

    • Please contact us at hello@mykasoula.com with PLEASE SHIP OTHER (Order Number) 
    • Include your shipping details (Address)
    We will provide you with a shipping rate for your item.
    • Items that are in stock will be shipped out within 2 business days of receiving the order
    • All orders are made when ordered -  2 weeks to ship out of our location
    • Shipping time cannot be confirmed prior to confirmation of shipping costs
    • Pre-order items (will be indicated on product page).

    Customers are responsible for paying all duties and taxes required by their country.

     

    Shipping

    Our items are all made-to-order to minimizes waste by producing your items upon your order request. Products are produced and shipped directly from our in-house studio,to you, with a 2-week production timeline plus 2-5 business days average shipping time. During peak seasons (holidays) expect that shipping may take longer, which is not within our control. You will be advised once your items are shipped!

    Shipping and Delivery

    Easy Returns

    For returns on items purchased online, including those that meet the criteria of being unworn, unwashed, undamaged, wrongly delivered, or defective, within 30 days of delivery, kindly initiate the return process by contacting us at hello@mykasoula.com. You will receive return instructions and a complimentary return label. Please ensure the items are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
